Coloring complex pictures has been shown to sharpen focus, fight stress, and provide relaxation. We have a collection of intricate designs with whimsical words and uplifting reminders of God’s love, lots of crayons and colored pencils, and soft music waiting for you. You are invited to join us for an hour of peace, quiet creativity, and contemplation. You do not need to be an “artist”. This is about faith and friends and prayer and positive thinking. Materials will be provided.
Color me Calm will meet at 10:30 am on the Third Friday of the month, June 16 and July 21, 2017, in the History Room.
